Our Team Lives for Safety

Safety Resources Company of Ohio (SRCO) has been working in the safety industry for generations, calling Canton, Ohio home for 33 years. Our team strives to provide safety services and training to companies in both construction and general industry. The story of SRCO began with Cameron Speck and grew from there.

Our History

Safety found Cameron Speck. Now his son Curt, along with his team of employees, continue to provide compliance, equipment, training and value to the safety industry.

1981

Safety Found Us

Cameron Speck, founder of Safety Resources Company of Ohio, is working within the court system in Stark County, Ohio. During this time, he assisted the State Highway Patrol staff in developing our current driver education system.

1989

OSHA

Cameron Speck began working as a consultant.

2000

Growing

Expanded services to include equipment sales and rentals, confined space services, written policies, training and education services, and much more.

1983

Seatbelt Safety

Cameron Speck accepted the position of Field Service Coordinator at the Department of Highway Safety, which is today the Department of Public Safety. During this time, he was an advocate for the new law being discussed that required all drivers and front seat passengers to wear a seatbelt.

1993

Becoming Incorporated

Cameron Speck, founder of Safety Resources Company of Ohio, proudly incorporated Safety Resources Company of Ohio.
