Aerial Lift (MEWP- Group B)

This course is designed for employees operating Aerial Lifts. Utilizing both in-class and hands-on practice to ensure that the employees have a full understanding of the hazards associated with working on and around Aerial Lifts. Asbestos Awareness

This course is intended for all persons who could come into contact with materials that might contain asbestos. The largest group of employees covered by this regulation are maintenance and custodial workers, since materials commonly used in buildings for many years such as ceiling tiles, vinyl flooring, and wall or pipe insulation contain asbestos. Confined Space in Construction

Intended for employees who work in confined spaces, such as manholes, crawl spaces and tanks. This course will help employees identify and safely work inside a confined space, as well as perform the duties of the attendant or the supervisor. Crane Signal Person

A signal person is required when the point of operation is not in full view of the operator, when the equipment is travelling or the operator's view in the direction of travel is obstructed. This person is also required when, due to site- specific safety concerns, either the operator or the person handling the load determines that it is necessary. This course teaches the signal person the universal signals used between the operator and the signal person, a basic understanding of crane operations and limitations and has a final written test for competency. Drug Free Safety Program (DFSP)- Supervisor and Employee

The Employee Section covers the purpose of this training, the signs/symptoms of substance use/misuse, the impact of drugs in the workplace and more. The Supervisor Section dives deeper into these subjects with resources for employee's struggling with this issue, managing confidentiality, how to initiate reasonable suspicion drug tests and more. Electrical Safety

Intended as an overview of basic electrical safety for individuals with limited electrical training, who as a part of their work, may potentially be exposed to electrical hazards. Fall Protection

Provides entry-level knowledge on working at heights. Teaches the proper techniques for inspecting, use, and maintenance for fall protection equipment. Utilizing both in-class and hands-on learning to fully understand the hazards associated with working at heights. This class follows all OSHA regulations. Fire Extinguisher

This course identifies different types of fires, how to choose an extinguisher based off the type of fire that is burning, how to inspect and how to maintain a fire extinguisher. First Aid/CPR/AED

Flagger

This course helps employees identify the hazards associated with work zone traffic control and the components of temporary traffic control zones. Forklift

This course is designed for employees operating forklifts class 1-7. Utilizing both in-class and hands-on practice to ensure that the employees have a full understanding of the hazards associated with working on and around forklifts. Fresh Air

This course is designed for those employees entering an IDLH (Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health) environment. It covers the maintenance and use of respirators, specifically Fresh Air Respirators or SCBA's. The class consists of both classroom and hands-on portions that help employees understand how to properly don the respirator and bottles/lines. Hazwoper

Helps prepare emergency response and cleanup workers to safely operate during a wide variety of situations that involve hazardous substances. This training covers policies, practices, and procedures to reduce risk of injury and illness related to exposure to hazardous materials on the worksite. Hexavalent Chromium Awareness

Provides employees with the knowledge of how to identify hexavalent chromium exposure in the workplace. This will assist with engineering controls to limit exposure as well as determining respiratory usage. This course is designed for employees exposed to hexavalent chromium such as welders, paint removal, or glass manufacturing. Private training courses are available at our office or at your facility. Lead Awareness

This course will educate employees on how to identify the lead hazards and risks of exposure, not for removal activities. The Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL), Control Measures, routes of entry into the body and the toxicological effect of lead are just some of the topics covered in this class. Lockout/Tagout

Reviews the different potential hazardous energies that may be included within a machine such as electrical, gravity, pneumatic and so on. This course helps employees to understand when to use lockout/tagout and why it is an important aspect of working on machinery. Overhead Crane

This course covers the safe operation of overhead cranes. This includes daily inspection requirements, lifting and traveling, and proper PPE to wear when working around overhead cranes. Rigging and Lifting

Provides training for the safe rigging of materials that is accepted by OSHA and the ASME. Scaffold Competent Person

Provides the training required by OSHA to properly identify existing and predictable hazards in the surroundings or working conditions which are unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to employees when working on or around scaffolding. This training is designed for the competent person and employees who will be working around scaffolding and have the authority to control scaffold safety on the job. Employees involved in sweeping, sandblasting, dry-walling, cutting stone and/or brick, and working in dusty environments all have the potential for exposure to silica dust and of eventually developing silicosis. Trenching and Excavating Competent Person

Students are taught the basics of OSHA's Excavation Regulations, learn soil testing techniques, use soil information to determine the correct protective system needed and identify the hazards associated with trenching.
