OSHA Informal Advocate

If your company has been cited by OSHA, you as an employer have the option to request an Informal Conference with the OSHA Area Director to discuss your citation, penalties, and other matters related to the inspection. This conference must be scheduled within fifteen working days after receiving the OSHA citation. Safety Resources can provide advice and/or attend your OSHA informal conference with you, to help resolve violations, abatement, and penalty costs.

Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission

 The Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission (OSHRC) is an independent federal agency created to decide contests of citations or penalties resulting from OSHA inspections. The Review Commission functions as an administrative court with established procedures for conducting hearings, receiving evidence and rendering decisions. Safety Resources can provide assistance for contested OSHA cases.
